Snooze time for Mr. Diddy...

Here at the farm... Snoooze... now where was I?

Will be putting up photos of local Christmas Light displays.  Took Mum and Pops for a ride around the countryside.  It's always fun taking Pops for a ride.  He grips the seat and the door holds until his knuckles are white and screams at the tops of his lungs : "Don't hit that car!" or "Look out for that tree!"  To which I reply, "What tree?  Me leg needs hiking!"  Mum just holds her hands over her eyes until we get to where we are going.  She is quite the brave one!  We don't go to Starbucks or other overrated places.  We stick to what interests us.  Mum says where she wants to go.  Pops puts the gas in the auto, and I hit the pedal and its OFF WE GO!  I generally have no need for a brake... except to stop at the place we wanted to go in the first place.  I drive a 1965 Austin Healy Roadster.  However, when I am with Mum and Pops, I have to take my vintage 1972 Land Rover.  It has room for all 3 of us and all the neat purchases we make... plus there is room for my affable sidekick, Kahn.  Sometimes, when I am pulling into the driveway, I see Janky Jane, and I am tempted to hit the accelerator.   But then Pops says: "DIDDY!" and I put on the brake and come to a stop.  But just for fun I hit the horn to watch Jane jump about 4 feet into the air.  What a riot.  Kinda reminds me of my adventures in the SCS in Namibia.  Well that's a story for another day.  (Yawn)... Naptime calls. CORGI!  (that's Welsh for Ciao!)
