Ah Yes! Christmas DInner!

Well, Hello All!

Merry Christmas!
I took a selfie.  Whaddaya think?  Kim Kardashian, eat your heart out.

Today is one of my most cherished days of the year, Christmas!

Because...

Me Mum cooks up quite a fine meal and we all sit down and enjoy it.

She worked really hard this morning in preparation for the day's gustivities!

Oh My, The anticipation of it all.

Today's menu called for Baked Chicken in gravy using coconut aminos (most yummy), Sweet potatoes drenched in butter, steamed broccoli, corn (off the cob), and some garlic bread.  Mum and Pops enjoyed iced tea sweetened with stevia and a bit of lemon fresh from one of their lemon trees.

Pops would say things during gustation such as "oh man," "ooh mama, you've outdone yourself,", "oh, Lord have mercy!," and so on.

I would have to say that Pops is right and Mum is right on.

Even Dr. Kahn, was beside himself!

Best of all, I get to lick the spoons and bowls left from preparations, and I get to clean up the plates!

That's what I call, Good Stuff!

Yee Haw, YippeeTaiKaiYay!  Aaaaooooogaaaahhhhh!

Well, it's a good time for all.  I wish you all a very special time, now and through the year.  As for me, well, Mum and Pops have gone upstairs to watch "Christmas in Connecticut", Mom's perennial Christmas favorite.  Pop's is "Holiday Inn".  We'll be watching that one later in the week.  While everyone is upstairs getting ready for the movie, I've slipped into the fridge and obtained a bottle of my favorite winter ale.
Sorry about the picture.  Things always get a bit sideways when I've had a few sips.  Shhhhh!
Lets' keep this a secret.  Mum and Pops don't know I've sneaking these about!  The best part is that I don't have to spend any of my SCS retirement pay to obtain these.  Pop's credit card, cell phone, and GoWaiter.com work just fine.  Reminds me of the time I was in southern Argentina on the trail of Adolph Hitler and a team of Rogue Elvis imitators.  Bad Elvis impersonators can give you a headache.  But that's a story for another time.  Until the next entry, CORGI !
